Abstract

Zn-Niめっき層が素地鋼板の表面に形成された表面処理鋼板に、ダイ、ブランクホルダおよびパンチを有する金型を用い、熱間プレスを施して熱間プレス成形品を製造するにあたり、Ac3変態点以上1000℃以下の温度域に加熱した表面処理鋼板の縁部を、ダイおよびブランクホルダで挟んで100℃/s以上の冷却速度で550℃以下400℃以上の温度まで冷却し、縁部の温度が550℃以下400℃以上でプレス成形を開始し、プレス成形後、成形体を金型で挟んだまま成形下死点に保持して成形体を焼入れる。
