Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar un componente (5) para un vehículo, que comprende los siguientes pasos: -(A) facilitar una pieza de trabajo de un material de trabajo de acero (2) que se pueda templar, que esté provista por ambos lados de un recubrimiento que contenga cinc, -(B) calentar al menos parcialmente la pieza de trabajo a una temperatura por encima de Ac1, -(C) introducir la pieza de trabajo caliente al menos parcialmente en una herramienta de deformación por calor y/o de endurecimiento por presión, que comprenda al menos un punzón y al menos una matriz, -(D) ajustar la herramienta mediante movimiento relativo del punzón y/o de la matriz uno respecto a otro y deformar por calor y/o endurecer por presión la pieza de trabajo, enfriándose al menos una zona de la pieza de trabajo caliente en la herramienta cerrada de tal forma que se forme al menos parcialmente una estructura endurecida. El objetivo, proporcionar un procedimiento para fabricar un componente para un vehículo, un componente para un vehículo, así como una utilización del componente, pudiendo garantizarse también, junto con una protección anticorrosiva activa, una resistencia de material en caso de choque y una expectativa de vida útil suficientes, especialmente con carga cíclica, se consigue porque la pieza de trabajo presenta una primera superficie (3) con un menor espesor de superficie de apoyo del recubrimiento que contiene cinc en comparación con la segunda superficie (4) de la pieza de trabajo, introduciéndose la pieza de trabajo en la herramienta de deformación por calor y/o de endurecimiento por presión de tal forma que la primera superficie (3) de la pieza de trabajo se coloca en el lado cargado, durante la fabricación de componente, en gran medida por presión y/o tracción, especialmente el lado de herramienta configurado en gran medida cóncavo.
