Claims (1)
- 一种高强度钢零件的热成形和冲孔一体化模具,包括上模、下模、上冲孔工具和下冲孔工具,在上模和下模中均设有冷却水通道,上模的底端外部轮廓与零件的外形一致,其特征是:上模内设有与零件所要冲孔位置相应的通孔,该通孔内装有顶杆,上模的上端安装有上模油缸,上模油缸的活塞杆伸入上模的通孔内并与顶杆的上端连接,顶杆的下端与上冲孔工具连接,下模的型腔外部轮廓与上模底端的外部轮廓一致,下模内也设有通孔,该通孔与上模的通孔在同一轴线上,下模的下端安装有下模油缸,下模油缸的活塞杆伸入下模的通孔内并与下冲孔工具连接。
