Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una solución de Reb D clara al adicionar polvo de Reb D al agua y al calentar para disolver completamente el polvo de Reb D, o al extraer Reb D de la planta de estevia utilizando agua caliente/en ebullición o agua/etanol, en donde la temperatura de la solución de Reb D clara está por arriba de 70°C. Idealmente, la solución de Reb o clara se mezcla con un aumentador de solubilización, en donde la temperatura de la solución de Reb D aumentada se mantiene por arriba de 70°C y en donde el aumentador de solubilización es un edulcorante que contiene hidroxilo. Luego se adiciona un estabilizador a la solución de Reb D para producir una solución de Reb D estabilizada; en donde el estabilizador comprende un espesante o agente de anti-aglomeración. La solución de Reb D estabilizada se seca por rocío para formar un polvo. La solubilidad del Rebaudiósido D se aumenta en fluidos a base de agua, en particular en concentrados de bebida y jarabes.
