Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una célula huésped microbiana mutante que es deficiente en la producción de la proteína AgsE o en la producción de una homóloga de la misma si se compara con una célula huésped microbiana precursora que no se ha modificado ni medido en las mismas condiciones. Se ha encontrado de forma sorprendente que cuando la célula huésped microbiana mutante según la invención se usa en un método para producir un compuesto de interés, por ejemplo una enzima, se obtiene un aumento del rendimiento de dicho compuesto si se compara con un método en que se usa una célula huésped precursora que no se ha modificado cuando se mide en las mismas condiciones.
