Abstract

Es un objeto de la invención proporcionar, por el uso de nuevas membranas y nuevos materiales y con muy poco gasto, una celda de flujo redox barata y duradera que incluso en el caso de un posible accidente grave provoque poca contaminación ambiental por sus compuestos redox activos; según la invención, los compuestos de alto peso molecular tales como polímeros redox activos u oligómeros son proporcionados como componentes redox activos y una membrana de exclusión de tamaño (3) se proporciona como membrana para la separación de los componentes redox activos de alto peso molecular.
