La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento de síntesis enzimática del compuesto de fórmula (I), la (7S)-1-(3,4-dimetoxibi ciclo [4.2.0] octa-1,3,5-trien-7-il) N-metil metanamina: (ver Fórmula) Aplicación a la síntesis de la ivabradina y de sus sales de adición a un ácido farmacéuticamente aceptable.
