Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar una confitería, que comprende las etapas de: a. alimentar una composición de goma de mascar en un extrusor de capas múltiples; b. alimentar una composición de caramelo en el extrusor de capas múltiples; c. extrudir una composición de confitería de capas múltiples desde dicho extrusor de capas múltiples para formar un producto de confitería de capas múltiples que incluye una primera capa de dicha composición de goma de mascar, una segunda capa de dicha composición de goma de mascar y una tercera capa de dicha composición de caramelo que esta intercalada entre dicha primera capa de dicha composición de goma de mascar y dicha segunda capa de dicha composición de goma de mascar; en donde la composición de goma de mascar de dicho producto de confitería de capas múltiples se ha extrudido desde dicho extrusor de capas múltiples a 45-50°C, y dicha composición de caramelo de dicho producto de confitería de capas múltiples se extrude desde dicho extrusor de capas múltiples 35-40°C; y d. pasar dicho producto de confitería de capas múltiples en un aparato de terminado.
