Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un panel de cristal que comprende un sustrato de cristal transparente que contiene iones de al menos un metal alcalino, y una capa transparente de oxicarburo de silicio (SiOxCy) que tiene un espesor E total con (a) un área profunda rica en carbono, que se extiende desde una profundidad P3 hacia una profundidad P4, donde la relación atómica de C/Si es mayor que o igual a 0.5, y (b) un área superficial que tiene un contenido bajo de carbono, que se extiende desde la profundidad P1 hasta la profundidad P2, donde la relación atómica de C:Si es menor que o igual a 0.4, con P1 < P2 < P3 < P4, y (P2-P1) + (P4-P3) < E la distancia entre P1 y P2 que representa de 10% a 70% del espesor E total de la capa de oxicarburo de silicio y la distancia entre P3 y P4 que representa de 10% a 70% del espesor E total de la capa de oxicarburo de silicio.
