Abstract

Se describen composiciones de reposición y métodos para reponer las composiciones de pretratamiento. Los métodos incluyen agregar una composición de reposición a una composición de pretratamiento donde la composición de reposición incluye: (a) a ión complejo de fluoruro de metal disuelto donde el ión de metal comprende un metal del grupo lIlA, un metal del grupo IVA, un metal del grupo IVB, o combinaciones de los mismos; (b) un componente que comprende un óxido, hidróxido, o carbonato del grupo lIlA, grupo IVA, metales del grupo IVB, o combinaciones de los mismos; y opcionalmente (c) un ión de metal disuelto que comprende un metal del grupo IB, metal del grupo IIB, metal del grupo VIIB, metal del grupo VIII, metal de la serie de lantánidos, o combinaciones de los mismos.
