1/1 resumo “artigo feito de um material composto de múltiplas camadas e método para sua preparação” a presente invenção refere-se a um artigo feito de um material composto de múltiplas camadas, compreendendo um elemento central (i) disposto entre uma primeira e uma segunda camadas de reforço (b), para formar uma estrutura (b) – (i) – (b), dito elemento central (i) compreendendo – uma primeira e uma segunda camadas estruturais (a), cada uma compreendendo pelo menos uma manta de fibras perfuradas por agulha do tipo termoplástico e/ou natural ou então uma manta de polímero termoplástico expandido, ditas camadas estruturais (a) sendo impregnadas com uma resina termocurável; -uma terceira camada de reforço (b) disposta entre ditas duas camadas estruturais (a), ditas primeira, segunda e terceira camadas de reforço (b) consistindo de um material fibroso, compreendendo um ou mais tipos de fibras selecionadas do grupo consistindo de fibras de vidro, fibras naturais, fibras de carbono, fibras de basalto, fibras kevlar, fibras de aramida ou uma mistura de tais fibras. a presente invenção também refere-se a um processo para preparar o artigo acima mencionado. o artigo da invenção é especialmente capaz de ser usado como um componente para automóveis.
