Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à des empilements optiques en film mince à faible émissivité aux propriétés de réflexion infrarouge et optique améliorées et à leurs procédés de fabrication. La présente invention se rapporte plus spécifiquement à un revêtement en film mince d'oxyde métallique qui présente des valeurs d'émissivité inférieures à celles de son prédécesseur en raison de l'inclusion d'un oxydant lors du processus de dépôt d'oxyde métallique, tel qu'un acide fort comme l'acide nitrique. La présente invention se rapporte également à un procédé qui augmente les efficacités de revêtement des présents films minces.
