Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a conjugados de socios de unión a nanoestructuras, así como a mezclas de reacción, dispositivos de detección de analito, y métodos de elaboración y utilización de los conjugados; en particular, la invención proporciona un método de detección de un analito objetivo en una muestra que comprende mezclar la muestra con un primer conjugado de detección y un segundo conjugado de detección en solución, en donde el primero y segundo conjugados de detección comprenden nanoestructuras metálicas acopladas a socios de unión que son capaces de unirse específicamente al analito objetivo si está presente en la muestra para formar un complejo entre el primer conjugado de detección, el analito, y el segundo conjugado de detección, en donde un cambio en una señal óptica luego de la formación del complejo indica la presencia del analito objetivo en la muestra.
