Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un producto comestible compuesto que comprende un primer y segundo componentes distintos, en donde el primer componente tiene un contenido total de grasa que comprende una grasa interesterificada aleatoriamente; la grasa interesterificada aleatoriamente tiene un contenido de grasa saturada de 35 a 55 % en peso de la grasa interesterificada aleatoriamente, en donde el contenido total de grasa comprende de 20 a 50 % en peso de grasa saturada y menos de 3 % en peso de ácidos grasos trans en peso del contenido total de grasa, y en donde el segundo componente es un componente de chocolate que comprende una o más fuentes de manteca de cacao (CB) o equivalente de manteca de cacao (CBE).
