Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para fabricar compuestos de polietilenamina seleccionados a partir del grupo de polietilenaminas e hidroxietilenaminas que comprende las etapas de - en una etapa de aducción que proporciona un aducto de CO2 de un compuesto de partida que comprende un grupo funcional -NH-CH2-CH2-NH- o un grupo funcional -NH-CH2-CH2-OH, o HO-CH2-CH2-OH, - en una etapa de reacción, hacer reaccionar un compuesto funcional hidroxilo seleccionado a partir del grupo de etanolaminas y dihidroxietano con un compuesto funcional amina, en donde al menos parte del total de compuestos funcionales hidroxilo y compuestos funcionales amina se proporciona en forma de un aducto de CO2, para formar el aducto de CO2 de un compuesto de polietilenamina como producto, - en una etapa de eliminación, convertir el aducto de CO2 del compuesto de polietilenamina del producto en el compuesto de polietilenamina del producto correspondiente, en donde una fracción que comprende un compuesto de reciclaje que comprende un grupo funcional -NH-CH2-CH2-NH- o un grupo funcional -NH-CH2-CH2-OH, o HO-CH2-CH2-OH, o aductos CO2 de los mismos, se proporciona desde el final de la etapa de reacción o la etapa de eliminación hasta la etapa de aducción o la etapa de reacción, el compuesto de reciclaje que tiene por cada molécula en promedio menos del total de grupos funcionales -NH-CH2-CH2-NH- y grupos funcionales -NH-CH2-CH2-OH que el compuesto de polietilenamina producto.
