Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بعمليات لتحضير ألكانول أمينات alkanolamines وإيثيلين أمينات ethyleneamines في طور سائل liquid phase، عن طرق تفاعل إيثيلين جليكول ethylene glycol و/أو مونو إيثانول أمين monoethanolamine مع الأمونيا ammonia في وجود محفز معالجة بالأمين amination catalyst يشتمل على واحد أو أكثر من الفلزات النشطة التي يتم اختيارها من قصدير tin (Sn) وعناصر المجموعة 8، 9، 10 و 11 بالجدول الدوري للعناصر، حيث يتم الحصول على محفز المعالجة بالأمين عن طريق كلسنة اختزالية reductive calcination للمادة المنتجة للمحفز catalyst precursor. ويفضل تحضير المادة المنتجة للمحفز هنا عن طريق ملامسة مادة حاملة تقليدية أو حفزية مع واحد أو أكثر من المركبات القابلة للذوبان soluble compounds من الفلزات النشطة وبشكل اختياري واحد أو أكثر من المركبات القابلة للذوبان من العناصر المحفزة المضافة added catalyst elements. كما يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لتحضير محفز معالجة بالأمين تشتمل على واحد أو أكثر من الفلزات النشطة من قصدير وعناصر المجموعات 8، 9، 10 و 11 بالجدول الدوري للعناصر، ويتم الحصول على محفز المعالجة بالأمين عن
