Abstract

Se provee: una lámina de metal tratada en la superficie que tiene excelente adhesión a una película de revestimiento y excelente soldabilidad; y un miembro revestido. Esta lámina de metal tratada en la superficie comprende una lámina de metal y una película de revestimiento que está dispuesta sobre por lo menos una superficie principal de la lámina de metal. La película de revestimiento contiene partículas de óxido, una resina aglutinante y partículas conductoras. El contenido de las partículas conductoras es 5-30% en masa en relación con la película de revestimiento. Las partículas de óxido incluyen partículas de óxido no impurificadas y/o partículas de óxido impurificadas; las partículas de óxido no impurificadas incluyen por lo menos un tipo de partículas de óxido seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de partículas de óxido de zinc, partículas de óxido de estaño, partículas de óxido de magnesio, partículas de óxido de calcio y partículas de óxido de estroncio; y las partículas de óxido impurificadas incluyen por lo menos un tipo de partículas de óxido seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de partículas de óxido de zinc impurificadas y partículas de óxido de estaño impurificadas. El contenido de las partículas de óxido es 1-30% en masa, siempre que en casos en donde las partículas de óxido impurificadas no se incluyen en las mismas, el contenido es 1-10% en masa en relación con la película de revestimiento. La cantidad de las partículas de óxido que se adhieren a la superficie principal de la película de revestimiento es 2-20 g/m2.
