Abstract

Se describen compuestos de Fórmula I, incluidos todos sus estereoisómeros y sales, (ver Fórmula) donde Q1, Q2 y R son como se definen en la descripción. También se describe un método para preparar un compuesto de Fórmula I, que comprende poner en contacto un compuesto de Fórmula II (ver Fórmula) con un compuesto de Fórmula III (ver Fórmula) opcionalmente en presencia de un catalizador o una base para formar un compuesto de Fórmula I. Se describe además un método para preparar un compuesto de Fórmula IV, (ver Fórmula) que comprende ciclar de forma reductiva un compuesto de Fórmula I en presencia de un agente reductor.
