Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para moldear un material amortiguador y aislante del sonido de alta resistencia térmica, y más específicamente, con un método para moldear un material amortiguador y aislante del sonido de alta resistencia térmica, el cual utiliza un material amortiguador de sonido que comprende de 20 a 80 partes en peso de un material de fibra cuyo índice de límite de sonido (LOl, por sus siglas en inglés) es de por lo menos 25 % y cuya temperatura de resistencia térmica es de por lo menos 200 °C, y de 20 a 80 partes en peso de una resma aglutinante termoestable cuya temperatura de resistencia térmica es de por lo menos 200 °C, en donde el material amortiguador y aislante del sonido de alta resistencia térmica se instala en un bloque de cilindros de motor y un panel de carrocería de vehículo por arriba de un silenciador de escape de un vehículo. El método para moldear el material amortiguador y aislante del sonido de alta resistencia térmica comprende: un paso de recubrimiento de agente de liberación para recubrir un agente de liberación en el interior de una boquilla; un paso de moldeo por compresión en caliente para fijar una forma; y un paso de compresión en frio para estabilizar la forma. El material amortiguador y aislante del sonido de alta resistencia térmica moldeado de acuerdo con el método puede reducir el ruido en el interior de un vehículo bloqueando el ruido radiado, el cual es generado por un motor y un sistema de escape, evitando que se transfiera al interior del vehículo a través del panel de la carrocería del vehículo, puede mantener la forma incluso en calor elevado de más de 200 °C generado por el motor y el sistema de escape, y puede satisfacer las propiedades de retardación de flama de UL 94V-0.
