Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам и устройствам для изготовления формованных деталей, которые предпочтительно реализуются в форме тепло- и/или звукопоглощающих элементов, в частности деталей, формованных под давлением из минеральных волокон, таких как минеральная вата и/или стекловолокно. Кроме того, изобретение относится к формованным деталям в виде тепло- и/или звукопоглощающих элементов, которые используют, в частности, в качестве облицовочных деталей при производстве автомобилей и изготавливают по вышеуказанному способу из минеральных волокон, в частности, минеральной ваты и/или стекловолокна. Для дальнейшего развития способа и приспособления, а также чтобы добиться большей гибкости формованных деталей для упрощения их производства и увеличения разнообразия, минеральные волокна в виде хлопьев и/или гранул помещают в пресс-форму вместе со связующими веществами или без них с заранее заданной объёмной плотностью и/или отношением массы к единице площади, и/или содержанием связующего вещества с последующим прессованием в формованную деталь, в частности деталь, формованную под давлением.
