Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу производства изоляционного композита, содержащего минеральные волокна, аэрогель и связующее. Данный способ заключает в себе стадию суспендирования волокнистой ткани и аэрозоля в потоке воздуха, посредством чего распутывая волокнистую ткань и перемешивая волокна, аэрозоль и, в конечном счете, связующее гомогенно. Описанное устройство объединяет формование волокон, сбор их в виде ткани, распутывание волокнистой ткани в суспендированном воздухе, смешивание волокон с аэрогелем и связывающим веществом, также как прессование и отверждение данной смеси до затвердевшего продукта плотностью от 150 до 800 кг/м.
