Abstract

La presente invención describe un método para la preparación de una D,L-metionina limpia, que comprende las siguientes etapas: prepara una solución de cianuro de potasio absorbiendo el ácido cianhídrico con un licor madre de cristalización que contiene carbonato de potasio como el líquido absorbente, a continuación, la solución de cianuro de potasio reacciona con 3-metiltio propionaldehido y solución de bicarbonato de amonio a 50-150°C durante 3-15 minutos logrando la solución de 5-(ß-metiltioetilo)gl icoliurea, y luego se calienta esta solución de 5-(ß-metiltioetilo)glicoliurea a una temperatura de 140-220°C para la reacción de saponificación durante 2-5 minutos, al finalizar la saponificación, se baja la temperatura a 140-220°C, y se lleva a cabo la extracción con un disolvente orgánico, la fase acuosa se neutralizada y cristaliza con el CO2, y al filtrar, lavar y sacar, se logra el producto calificado de D,L -metionina; después de que el licor madre filtrado de cristalización de D,L-metionina se caliente a 110-160°C y remueva CO2, el ciclo completo se aplica como liquido absorbente de ácido cianhídrico; la ruta de proceso de la presente invención es una ruta adecuada para la producción continua y limpia, sin producir sustancialmente aguas y gases residuales.
