Abstract
본 발명은 당 알코올과 산촉매를 반응기에서 반응시킴과 동시에 생성물을 증발시키고 반응기의 상부로 증발된 생성물을 냉각시켜 물을 제거하고 조(crude) 무수당 알코올을 얻는 것과 동시에 반응기의 하부에서 얻은 잔류물을 반응기로 리사이클시켜 간단한 공정 및 장치에 의하여 연속적으로 고수율 및 고순도의 무수당 알코올을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
