Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para producir por lo menos una región (1) funcional en un elemento (30) de contacto eléctrico tal como por ejemplo, un contacto de conmutación o un contacto tipo enchufe. La por lo menos una región (1) funcional, por ejemplo, una ubicación de contacto o la región de conexión para empalmar o soldar las conexiones queda limitada a un área parcial del elemento de contacto. Con el fin de evitar la alta carga ambiental, que no es conveniente en los métodos químicos-húmedos y para superar la restricción a un muy corto número de materiales provocados en los métodos de sumersión en términos técnicos físicos, y para mejorar sustancialmente la posibilidad espacial para la selección y estructura que no es suficiente en ambas técnicas, se proporciona de conformidad con la invención, por lo menos un recubrimiento (4) de material a ser aplicado mecánicamente en una manera altamente selectiva en el elemento de contacto en la región (1) funcional y después con radiación (9) térmica altamente energética, tal como por ejemplo, un haz de partículas en la forma de un haz de iones y/o electrones que es dirigido sobre por lo menos un recubrimiento (4) de material. El recubrimiento (4) de material puede contener nuevos materiales o combinaciones de material que no pueden ser provistos por los métodos previos. La invención también se relaciona con un dispositivo para producir tal región funcional y un elemento de contacto que tiene tal región (1) funcional, el elemento (30) de contacto se produce de conformidad con el método antes mencionado.
