Abstract
Se describen en la presente complejos de inclusión que comprenden un glucósido de terpeno sustancialmente puro y al menos una ciclodextrina, en donde la solubilidad del complejo de inclusión es mayor a la solubilidad del glucósido de terpeno sustancialmente puro solo. También se describen en la presente composiciones de bebida que comprenden al menos un complejo de inclusión. Se describen además métodos para incrementar la solubilidad de un glucósido de terpeno sustancialmente puro, que comprende combinar un glucósido de terpeno sustancialmente puro con al menos una ciclodextrina para formar al menos un complejo de inclusión. Se describen adicionalmente en la presente métodos para mejorar el sabor de una composición ingerible oralmente y un complejo de inclusión que comprende al menos dos glucósidos de terpeno sustancialmente puros y al menos una ciclodextrina.
