Abstract
La presente invención comprende un dispositivo de revestimiento por inmersión en baño fundido 100 para recubrir una cinta metálica con un fluido metálico 200. La cinta metálica es desviada mediante un rodillo 120 en el fluido metálico 200. El rodillo está alojado de modo rotatorio en un brazo portante 105 en un cojinete 144. El cojinete está incorporado en una cámara de alojamiento 142. Para la obturación de la cámara de alojamiento 142 ante una entrada indeseada del fluido metálico 200 está dispuesta una exclusa entre la cámara de alojamiento 142 y un paso de cilindro 136 al fluido metálico 200, a dicha exclusa le es suministrado un medio gaseoso con una presión de gas para hermetizar la cámara de exclusa 132 contra el fluido metálico 200. Para reducir el costo de mantenimiento para la exclusa se propone, acorde a la invención, configurar la cámara de exclusa 132 en forma de una campana de inmersión con una salida acanalada 134 abierta en dirección al fluido metálico 200.
