Abstract

1. Dispositivo para el recubrimiento por inmersion en un bano de fundicion y procedimientos para su operacion. 2.1 La presente invencion refiere a un dispositivo para el recubrimiento por inmersion en un bano de fundicion 100 para el recubrimientode una cinta metálica con una fundicion metálica 200. La cinta metálica es desviada mediante un rodillo 120 en la fundicion metálica 200, El rodillo está fijado de modo giratorio en un brazo portador 105 en un rodamiento 144. El rodamiento estácolocado en una cámara del rulemán 142. A efectos de sellar la cámara del rulemán 142 frente a un ingreso no deseado de fundicion metálica 200, se dispuso una esclusa entre la cámara del rulemán 142 y una abertura de paso del rodillo 136 hacia lafundicion metálica 200, sobre la que se aplica presion mediante un medio gaseoso, a efectos de sellar la cámara de esclusa 132 respecto de la fundicion metálica 200. 2.2 A fin de reducir el dispendio de mantenimiento de la esclusa, se propone segunla invencion conformar la cámara de esclusa 132 en forma de una campana de inmersion con una salida en forma de canal 134, que está abierto con respecto de la fundicion metálica 200 circundante. 3. A efectos de la publicacion, Figura 2.Reivindicacion 15: Procedimiento para operar un dispositivo para el recubrimiento por inmersion en un bano de fundicion (100) con un rodillo (120), que comprende un cuerpo de rodillo (122) y una saliente de rodillo (124), y con al menos una esclusa(130), que rodea la saliente de rodillo (124) con una cámara de esclusa (132), que comprende los pasos: pasar una cinta metálica a través de una fundicion metálica (200); desviar o estabilizar la cinta metálica en la fundicion metálica utilizando unrodillo (120); y suministrar un medio gaseosos (N2) con una presion del gas en la cámara de esclusa (132) para el sellado de la cámara de esclusa respecto de la fundicion metálica (200); caracterizado porque mediante la presion del gas en la cámaraesclusa se produce un desplazamiento al menos parcial de la fundicion metálica (200) de una salida abierta en forma de canal (134) sumergida en la fundicion metálica, de la cámara de esclusa (132) conformada como campana de inmersion.
