Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para producir derivados de 5'-deoxi-5-fluorocitidina representados por la fórmula general (I),en donde R1, R2 y R3 representan, independientemente un átomo de hidróeno o un radical facilmente hidrolizable bajo condiciones fisiológicas, con la salvedad de que, por lo menos uno de los radicales representa por el símbolo R1, R2 o R3 representa un radical facilmente hidrolizable bajo condiciones fisiológicas, asi como hidratos o solvatos de los compuestos de la fórmula general (I), el procedimiento está caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (II), en donde R7 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un radical amino-protector, R8 y R9 son independientemente un átomo de hidrógeno o un radical hidroxi-protector, o R5 y R9, tomados juntos, pueden formar un radical hidroxi-protector, con un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (III), en donde x representa un radical partiente y R4 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical de alquilo, cicloalquilo, oxoalquilo, alquenilo, aralquilo o arilo, o con un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (IV), en donde Y representa un átomo de halógeno y R10 representa un radical representado por la fórmula en donde R5 y R0 representan un radical de alquilo o aralquilo seguido, de ser necesario, de separación de un radical protector.
