Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para colar fusión metálica especialmente fusión de acero, desde un recipiente intermediario en varias coquillas de colada contínua por medio de cierres de colada regulables, del tipo que comprende las etapas de mantener el nivel de llenado en las coquillas, dentro de un tramo de medición, en un nivel de llenado n ominal y extraer las coladas contínuas que se forman mediante un aparato extractor en común con la misma velocidad, caracteizado porque el recipiente intermediario a los cierres de colada abiertos para colar presentan un nivel de llenado efectivo en cada coquilla, que en subida sobre las cabezas de la colada contínua fría y en la región inferior de dicho tramo de medición en el plano de señalamiento produce la restricción de un cierre de colada para igualar todos los niveles efectivos y después la activación del accionamiento extractor de colada continua que, no habiéndose producido el citado igualamiento, se cumple a más tardar en un segundo plano de señalamiento situado debajo del nivel de llenado nominal por medio del nivel de llenado efectivo que allí llega primero.
