Abstract
Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na jedinjenja opšte formule (1) gdje: X predstavlja atom vodonika ili halogena. R1 predstavlja atom vodonika ili (C1-C4) alkil grupu,R2 i R3 predstavljaju, svaki nezavisno jedan od druga, atom vodonika ili (C1-C4) alkil grupu, ili R2 i R3 formiraju, sa atomom azota za koji su vezani, pirolidinil grupu, piperidinil, morfolinil ili 4-alkilpiperazinil grupu, i Het predstavlja heteroaromatičnu grupu tipa piridinil, 1-oksidopiridinil, hinolinil, izohinolinil, pirimidinil, pirazinil, piridazinil, gdje heteroatomska grupa može da nosi na sebi jedan ili više atoma halogena i/ili jedan ili više grupa (C1-C4)alkil, (C1-C4)alkoksi; u obliku baze, adicione soli kiselina, solvata ili hidrata. Pronalazak se takode odnosi na farmaceutske oblike koji sadrže iste, metode za dobijanje istih i sintezu intermedijera.
