Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un amestec liant de ciment fin dispersat pentru fabricarea mortarelor de ciment, folosite pentru umplere şi/sau injectare, de exemplu, în cavităţi poroase sau în cavităţi de rocă friabilă, sau în cavităţile şi/sau crăpăturile din roci sau construcţiile de beton.Amestecul propus reprezintă un amestec uscat gata pentru folosire, ce trebuie amestecat numai cu apă pe locul de construcţie. Acesta conţine făină foarte fină de clincher de ciment sau făină foarte fină de zgură de furnal, sau amestecul acestora măcinate fără purtători de sulfat, precum şi substanţe de adaos, care, în caz de necesitate, în calitate de substanţe de adaos conţine bentonit, trass, acid silicic foarte fin dispersat sau substanţe de adaos asemănătoare cunoscute, iar în calitate de agenţi de adaos conţine agenţi de fluidizare, agenţi de întârziere a întăririi, acceleratori de întărire, agenţi de reţinere a apei sau agenţi de adaos asemănători cunoscuţi. Totodată amestecul are o distribuţie a granulaţiei continuă cu valori ale trecerii prin sită d95<24mkm şi d50<7mkm.Invenţia se referă de asemenea la un procedeu şi la un dispozitiv de preparare a amestecului liant de ciment foarte fin.Rezultatul tehnic constă în perfecţionarea reproducerii proprietăţilor amestecului liant uscat pentru prepararea suspensiilor de ciment.
