Abstract
La présente invention concerne, d'une manière générale, des nanoparticules comprenant un acide sensiblement hydrophobe et un agent thérapeutique (1-(4-{[4-(diméthylamino)pipéridin-1-yl]carbonyl}phényl)-3-[4- (4,6-dimorpholin-4-yl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phényl]urée), ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celui-ci, et un polymère. D'autres aspects concernent des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de telles nanoparticules.
