Abstract

본 발명은 용기와, 용기의 입구부를 밀봉시키며 캡 열림표시성을 가지고 있는 합성수지 캡을 포함하는 밀봉 기구 및 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 밀봉 기구는 용기와 용기의 입구부에 장착되는 합성수지 캡을 포함한다. 합성수지 캡은 상부 평판부와 상부 평판부 주변으로부터 하방으로 뻗어 있는 원통부를 포함하는 캡 본체를 가지고 있고, 원통부는 파단성 약화라인에 의해 상부의 주부와 하부의 캡 열림표시(tamper-evidence : TE)링부로 분리되며, 상기 주부의 내벽면에는 나사부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 TE링부의 내벽면에는 직립가능한 돌기가 구비되어 있는 구조로 되어 있다. 또한, 용기는 숫나사부와, 환상 확장부 및 하나 이상의 누름부를 가지고 있으며, 숫나사부는 용기의 입구부의 상단 외주에 형성되어 있고, 환상 확장부는 숫나사부의 하부에 형성되어 있으며, 누름부는 용기의 입구부에 장착된 합성수지 캡이 캡 열림방향으로 회전될 때 캡의 결합돌기와 결합하여 결합돌기를 하방으로 밀어내는 작용을 하는 구조로 되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 밀봉기구의 일태양를 나타내는 부분절단정면도이다, 제2도는 밀봉된 상태의 제1도의 밀봉기구를 나타내는 정단면도이다, 제3도는 제2도의 밀봉기구의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 취해진 단변도이다, 제4도는 제1도의 밀봉기구의 용기의 주요부분을 나타내는 정면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 용기와 용기의 입구부에 장착되는 합성수지 캡을 포함하는 밀봉기구에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 캡은, 상부 평판부와 상부 평판부 주변으로부터 하방으로 뻗어 있는 원통부를 포함하는 캡 본체를 가지고 있고, 상기 원통부는 파단성 약화라인에 의해 상부의 주부와 하부의 캡 열림표시(tamper-evidence : TE)링부로 분리되며, 상기 주부의 내벽면에는 나사부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 TE링부의 내벽면에는 결합돌기가 구비되어 있는, 구조로 되어 있다고; 상기 용기는 숫나사부와, 환상 확장부 및 하나 이상의 누름부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 숫나사부는 용기의 입구부의 상단 외주에 형성되어 있고, 상기 환상 확장부는 상기 숫나사부의 하부에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 누름부는 용기의 입구부에 장착된 합성수지 캡이 캡 열림방향으로 회전될 때 상기 캡의 결합돌기와 결합하여 결합돌기를 하방으로 밀어내는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름부가 캡 열림방향 하방으로 점진적으로 넓어지는 경사면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름부는 캡이 열릴 때 상기 결합돌기와 접촉하여 캡 열림방향 하방으로 점진적으로 넓어지는 경사면으로 된 측면과, 캡 열림방향으로 점진적으로 돌출높이가 감소되는 저장 안내면으로 된, 상기 경사면의 반대측면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 누름부의 경사면의 경사각도가 5 내지 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 캡의 약화라인이 원주방향으로 상기 원통부를 절단하여 복수개의 가느다란 브릿지를 남김으로써 형성되는 수평 스코어인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 캡의 결합돌기가 상기 TE링부의 내벽으로부터 판상으로 돌출되도록 형성된 복수개의 직립가능한 탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TE링부를 파괴하여 밴드 형상으로 만들기 위해 상기 약화라인이 절단되는 것과 거의 동시에 절단되는 수직 약화라인이 상기 합성수지 캡의 상기 TE링부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 입구부에 장착된 캡이 열림방향으로 회전될 때, 상기 브릿지가 절단되는 위치의 회전각도인 브릿지 파괴각도가 90°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉기구.
  9. 상부 평판부와 상기 평판부 주변으로부터 하방으로 뻗어 있는 원통부를 포함하는 캡 본체를 가지고 있고, 상기 원통부는 파단성 약화라인에 의해 상부의 주부와 하부의 TE링부로 분리되며, 상기 주부의 내벽면에는 나사부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 TE링부의 내벽면에는 결합돌기가 구비되어 있는 구조로 된 합성수지 캡이 장착되는 용기에 있어서, 숫나사부와, 환상 확장부 및 하나 이상의 누름부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 숫나사부는 용기의 입구부의 상단 외부에 형성되어 있고, 상기 환상 확장부는 상기 숫나사부의 하부에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 누름부는 상기 용기의 입구부에 장착된 합성수지 캡이 캡 열림방향으로 회전될 때 상기 캡의 결합돌기와 결합하여 결합돌기를 하방으로 밀어내는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 누름부가 캡 열림방향 하방으로 점진적으로 넓어지는 경사면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 누름부는 캡이 열릴 때 상기 결합돌기와 접촉하여 캡 열림방향 하방으로 점진적으로 넓어지는 경사면으로 된 측면과, 캡 열림방향으로 점진적으로 돌출높이가 감소되는 저장 안내면으로 된, 상기 경사면의 반대측면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  12. 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 상기 누름부의 경사면의 경사각도가 5 내지 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  13. 제10항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합돌기와 결합하여 상기 TE링부의 캡 열림방향 회전을 방해하기 위한 결합고리가 캡 열림방향으로 상기 누름부의 후변에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
