Abstract

캡 몸체의 스커트 모양의 측벽 하단부에 제공된 주변 밴드(4)를 갖는 플라스틱 캡으로서, 상기 스커트 모양의 측벽 하단부는 외부로 돌출되고, 주변 밴드(4)는 다수의 브릿지(12)를 지나 원주 방향으로 형성된 파단라인(11)을 거쳐 하단부의 돌출부(10)으로부터 아래로 연장되고, 아래로 연장된 멈춤 편(20)은 브릿지(12)의 적어도 하나에 대해 캡을 닫는 쪽 상에 배열되며, 사이 멈춤 편(20)은 캡을 닫을 때에 브릿지(12)와 접촉되어 캡 몸체와 주변 밴드(4)가 함께 회전된다. 스커트 모양 측벽 하단부와 주변 밴드의 상단부 사이에 멈춤부를 형성하기 위한 공간을 제공할 필요는 없다. 그러므로, 상기 두 부분 사이의 연결부는 커팅과 같은 2차 가공으로 파단 라인을 제공하므로써 쉽게 형성된다. 상기 캡은 복잡한 표면 형상을 갖는 금속 몰드나 스플릿 모드를 사용하지 않고 일체로 형성되며, 생산 속도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 제2멈춤 편(stopper pieces)으로써 브릿지부를 사용하는 본 발명의 플라스틱 캡의 하부 표면을 용기의 벽과 함께 단면으로 나타내는 도면, 제2도는 제1도의 선 A-A 를 따른 캡의 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 캡에 제공된 두개의 멈춤 편 사이의 위치 관계를 나타내는 도면, 제4A도 내지 제4C도는 스커트 모양의 측벽 하단부로부터 제1도의 캡 주변 밴드 까지의 부분을 나타내는 측단면도로서, 제4A도는 멈춤 편이나 브릿지가 형성되어 있지 않은 부분의 측단면도이고, 제4B도는 브릿지(12)가 형성되어 있는 부분의 측단면도이며, 제4C도는 멈춤편이 형성되어 있는 부분의 측단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 상부 판넬의 주변 엣지로부터 아래로 내려간 스커트 모양의 측벽부와 상기 상부 판넬로 이루어진 캡 몸체와, 상기 스커트 모양의 측벽 하단부에 제공되어 스커트 모양의 측벽부 외경보다 실질적으로 큰 외경을 갖는 주변 밴드부를 포함하는 플라스틱 캡으로서, 상기 스커트 모양의 측벽 상부의 내면에는 나사가 형성되어 용기 목 부분의 외부 주변부와 나사 결합되며, 상기 스커트 모양이 측벽 하단부는 외부로 돌출되고, 상기 주변 밴드는 다수의 브릿지부를 지나 원주 방향으로 형성된 파단 라인을 거쳐 상기 하단부의 돌출부로부터 아래로 연장되며, 돌기부는 주변 밴드의 하부 상에 있는 내주변면 상에 형성되어 용기 목 부분의 외부 주변면 상에 형성된 결합 돌기부와 결합되고, 스커트 모양의 측벽 하단부에 있는 돌출부의 내면 상에는 아래로 연장된 제1멈춤편이 형성되며, 상기 주변 밴드부의 상부에는 제2멈춤 편이 형성되고, 상기 제2멈춤 편은 제1멈춤 편에 대해 캡을 닫는 쪽 상에 배열되며, 상기 제1멈춤 편은 캡을 닫을 때 제2멈춤 편과 접촉되어 상기 캡 몸체와 주변 밴드부가 함께 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스택 캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2멈춤 편은 적어도 하나의 브릿지부인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2멈춤 편으로써의 역할을 하는 브릿지부는 그하단 쪽을 향해 두껍게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2멈춤 편은 서로 이웃하는 브릿지부 사이의 브릿지부와 별개의 부재로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2멈춤 편은 가요성을 가지며 안쪽으로 하향 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 용기 목 부분의 결합 돌기부는 용기 목 부분의 외주변면 상에 형성된 다수의 래치 폴이며, 주변 밴드부의 하부에 있는 내주변면 상에 형성된 돌기부는 예정된 거리를 유지하면서 형성되어 캡이 개방되는 방향으로 연장되는 다수의 가요성 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 캡.
