大断面側面図、第５図はこの考案の蓋体の他の実施態様
を、容器に完全に螺着した状態で示す断面側面図、第５
ａ図はこの考案の蓋体の他の実施態様を、容器に完全に
螺着した状態で示す断面側面図、第６図はこの考案の蓋
体の更に他の実施態様を容器に完全に螺着した状態で示
す断面側面図、第７図はこの考案の蓋体の更に他の実施
態様を容器に完全に螺着した状態示す断面側面図、第８
図はこの考案の蓋体の更に他の実施態様を容器に完全に
螺着した状態で示す断面側面図、および第９図は第８図
中円で囲った部分を示す拡大断面側面図である。 １・・・蓋体、３・・・容器、５・・・ネジ付首部、７
・・・環状カラ一部、９・・・頂端壁。

Claims (13)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）首部とその下側に環状カラ一部７とを有する容器
    に用いるものであって、 頂端壁９と上方部を含む筒状側壁と下振部１２と中間側
    壁部とからなる単一体構造のプラスチック性の蓋体を有
    してなり、 蓋体が完全に容器に装着されたときに環状カラ一部の下
    面下側で容器に係合する内側に突出したビーズ１６を下
    振部１２が有しており、脆弱部２１が形成されていて、
    蓋体が容器から取除かれたときに前記の中間側壁部上の
    所定位置において蓋体を横断する水平面内で破砕すべく
    設計された脆弱線２２を有しており、この所定位置にお
    いて中間側壁部は上方の第１の中間側壁部分と下方の第
    ２の中間側壁部分とに区分され、 これら第１、第２の中間側壁部分は前記の筒状側壁と実
    質的に面一であり、かつ、実質的に等しい横断面厚さを
    有しており、 これにより、蓋体の−Ｆ方部と第１−の中間側壁部分と
    が容器から取除かれた後でも下振部１２と容器に固着さ
    れた第２の中間側壁部分とが残っており、 前記の脆弱部が蓋体円周方向にブリッジ機構を有してお
    り、このブリッジ機構が前記の第１および第２の中間側
    壁部分より小なる横断面厚さを有しており、蓋体が容器
    に装着される際に内側に突出したビーズ１６が環状カラ
    一部７を乗越えるときひしげることができるように上記
    のブリッジ機構が充分に薄くかつ可撓性を有しており、 これにより、前記第１、第２の中間側壁部分が互に当た
    り、ブリッジ機構が破砕することなく蓋体が容器に装着
    され、かつ、 前記の内側に突出したビーズ１６が下振部１２の内周面
    に沿って連続状であり、しかも筒状側壁の内面相当面を
    越えず、これにより、容器によって干渉を受けることな
    くしかも時期尚早に破砕することなく蓋が容器に装着さ
    れることを特徴とする開口明示性蓋体。
  2. （２）前記の内側に突出したビーズ１６が、蓋体が完全
    に容器に装着されたときに脆弱部の破砕をひき起こすこ
    となしに下振部が徐々に外側に曲るのを助長する緩傾下
    面と、蓋体が完全に容器に装着されたときに環状カラ一
    部に係合する平坦な上部分とを、有しており、かつ、こ
    れにより、蓋体が容器から離脱するときに破砕をひき起
    こさずに下振部が徐々に外側に曲ることができない ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）に記載
    の蓋体。
  3. （３）前記の下振部１゛２が上方部の面から外側に突出
    した肩面１４を有しており、かつ、 前記の内側に突出したビーズ１６がこの肩面の下側に位
    置している ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）もしく
    は（２）に記載の蓋体。
  4. （４）前記の蓋体の上方部の外面に複数個の縦刻目２４
    が形成されている ことを特徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋
    体。
  5. （５）前記の脆弱部２１が蓋体の外面に形成された■字
    形溝２１を有しており、かつ、 このＶ字形溝の底部が、前記ブリッジ機構と脆弱線２２
    が破砕すべき中間側壁部上の所定位置を画定している ことを特徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋
    体。
  6. （６）前記の脆弱部が蓋体の外面に形成されてブリッジ
    機構を画定する周溝２１を有していることを特徴とする
    以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋体。
  7. （７）前記の頂端壁９の内面に密封機構３０が設けられ
    ていて、蓋体が完全に容器に装着されたとさに蓋体と容
    器との間を密封し、 この密封機構が容器の首部の所定の部位に対応する頂端
    状部分を含んでなり、 この環状部分が頂端壁よりも薄手の密封膜を有しており
    、かつ、 この密封膜が頂端壁よりも可撓性であって、蓋体が完全
    に容器に装着されたときに容器の首部の外形に略なじむ ことを特徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋
    体。
  8. （８）前記の密封環の内外環状面には蝶番構造３２．３
    ３が設けられていて、密封膜の可撓性をより一段と高め
    ている ことを特徴とする請求の範囲（７）に記載の蓋体。
  9. （９）前記蝶番構造が密封膜の内外環状面において頂端
    壁の内面に設けられた環状の■字形溝３２．３３を有す
    ることを特徴とする請求の範囲（８）に記載の蓋体。
  10. （１０）蓋体が容器に完全に装着されたときに容器の首
    部が頂端壁に接触する部位に対応する位置において複数
    本の密封膜３４が頂端壁９の内面から下側に突出して形
    成されている ことを特徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋
    体。
  11. （１１）前記の脆弱部２１が上方部１１の下側に設けら
    れている ことを特徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋
    体。
  12. （１２）プラスチック材料から形成されてい名ことを特
    徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋体。
  13. （１３）前記の第１、第２の中間側壁部分が略等しい横
    断面厚さを有している ことを特徴とする以上いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の蓋
    体。
