Abstract

본 발명의 수지제 캡을 스커트 부분(skirt portion)과 스커트 부분의 외측 표면을 덮도록 형성된 연속된 링모양 부재가 제공된 캡 본체(a cap proper)를 구비한다. 캡 본체의 스커트 부분에는 복수의 축방향으로 연장하는 절단부가 원주 방향으로 이격되어 있으며, 캡 본체의 스커트 부분과 링 부재는 절단면에 의해 분리되지만 그 절단면의 상방 또는 하방에서 복수의 취약한 브릿지 부분(bridge portions) 혹은 연결부에 의해 일체적으로 형성된다. 캡 본체의 스커트 부분의 외측 표면과 링 모양 부재의 내측 표면은 상기 절단면의 일부에서 밀접하게 접착된다. 이 캡은 밀봉 신뢰성이 있는 밀봉 구조체를 형성할 수 있으며, 특별한 공구를 이용하지 않고 개방할 수 있다. 또한, 탁월한 부정 조작 방지 특성을 갖는다.

Claims (16)

  1. 용기 주둥이의 계면에서 용기의 주둥이와 결합하는 돌출부를 갖춘 스커트와 상부 패널을 구비하는 캡본체(a cap proper) 및, 상기 스커트(skirt)의 외측 표면을 덮도록 캡 본체와 일체로 형성된 링 부재를 구비하는 수지제 캡으로서, 상기 스커트에는 그 원주 방향의 소정 간격으로 복수의 긴 축방향 슬릿이 형성되며, 상기 스커트와 링 부재는 절단면에 의해서는 분리되어 있으나 복수의 취약한 브릿지들과, 그리고 필요한 경우에는 힌지와 상호 연결되어 있으며, 스커트의 외측 표면과 링 부재의 내측 표면은 상기 절단부에서 상호 밀접하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링 부재의 일부에 개방용 탭이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브릿지나 연결부를 제외한 부분을 분리하기 위하여, 사출 또는 가압 성형후에, 상기 링 부재의 내측 표면과 상기 캡 본체의 스커트 부분 외측표면에 절단부(cut)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캡 본체와 링 부재의 스커트 부분 사이에는 취약한 브릿지 부분만이 형성되며, 캡을 개방할 때 상기 캡 본체가 링 부재로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탭의 양측부에는 캡 본체의 스커트 부분을 상기 링 부재와 연결시키기 위한 연결부가 위치되어 이들 두 부분을 연결하며, 캡 개방시에는 탭이 상하로 밀려서 상기 브릿지 부분들을 파열시키고, 그 후 링 부재를 상승시킴으로써 캡 본체의 스커트 부분과 용기의 주둥이 부분간의 결합 상태가 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 용기 주둥이의 내주부와 결합되는 내측 링이 상부 패널 부분에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링 부재의 하단부가 캡 본체의 스커트 부분의 하단부 아래에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링 부재의 하단부와 캡 본체의 스커트 부분의 하단부가 같은 수평면상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 링 부재의 하부에는 상기 링 부재의 탭에 대해 약90°의 방향으로, 부정한 개방을 명확히 표시하는 취약한 부분이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연결부의 상하부에는 부분적으로 취약한 부분이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연결부의 상부 패널 부분에 부분적으로 취약한 부분이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 내측링이 상기 탭의 측부상에는 상대적으로 길고 상기 연결부의 측부상에서는 상대적으로 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 내측 링의 내측 표면에는 상기 연결부측에 취약한 부분이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연결부의 내측 표면 상부 패널 부분에는 장벽 재료가 인써어트 성형되어 (insert- molded)있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 패널 부분의 외주부에는 그 외주 전체에 걸쳐 혹은 단속적으로 상향으로 돌출하는 링이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
  16. 제2항에 있어서, 개방용 탭의 윗면과 스커트 부분 사이의 연결부에 복수의 리브(ribs)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제 캡.
