Claims (13)

  1. 플라스틱 물질로 성형되는 용기 뚜껑으로서, 상부와, 그 상부로부터 하방으로 연장되고 내면에 나사가 형성되어 있는 환형벽과, 일련의 약한 연결부들에 의해 상기 상부로부터 멀리 떨어진 환형벽의 단부에 연결된 개봉 확인링을 구비하고 있고, 상기 연결부는 상기 링과 환형벽 사이를 약화시키는 둘레선 또는 축방향 틈새를 교차하여 연장되고, 상기 링의 내면상에는 대체로 상기 상부와 대면하고 반경 방향 내측으로 경사진 끝 표면이 형성된 다수의 돌출부들이 반경 방향 내측으로 돌출하게 형성되고, 상기 링은 그 돌출부들과 연결부들 사이의 축방향 위치에서 반경방향으로 대면하는 표면들 중 하나에 형성된 환형홈을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  2. 제 1항의 있어서, 상기 환형홈은 링의 반경 방향 외면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 환형홈은 링의 반경 방향 내면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 돌출부들 중 하나 이상의 상기 단부들이 다른 돌출부들의 경우 보다 뚜껑의 상부로부터 멀리 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  5. 제 1항내지 제 4항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 돌출부들 중 하나 이상과 그에 인접하는 하나 이상의 돌출부들이 링의 반경 방향 내면상에 둘레 방향으로 연장되게 형성된 립에 의해 그립의 위치에서 링을 보강시킬 수있게 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부들은 쌍으로 배치되고, 각 쌍의 돌출부들은 서로 밀접하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  7. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 립은 인접한 돌출부 쌍들 사이로 그리고 각 싸의 두 돌출부들 사이로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  8. 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 링의 자유 연부가 그의 반경 방향 내면상에서 보강림 또는 비이드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  9. 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 링은 또한 상기 연결부보다 둘레가 넓은 하나 이상의 제 2의 연결부네 의해 상기 환형 벽의 단부에 연결되며, 링은 상기 제2연결부의 둘레 방향 일측부에서 그의 반경 방향 외면상에 축방향 약화선을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 인접 연결부들 사이에서 링의 반경 방향의 외면은 홈과 링의 상단부 사이의 축방향 부분이 내측으로 모다기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 모따기 각도가 뚜껑의 중심축에 대해 17°내지 28°를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  12. 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 링의 외경 및 반경 방향 두께는 상기 틈새에 접하는 지역에서의 환형벽의 외경 및 반경 방향 두께보다 작게 되어 있고, 링의 외면에는 대체로 연속되어 외측으로 돌출되는 하나의 돌기 또는 둘레 방향으로 간격을 두고 외측으로 돌출하는 다수의 돌기들이 형성되어 있고, 이 돌기는 상기 환형홈으로부터 상부에 근접한 링의 축방향 연부까지 연장되며 상기 축방향 틈새를 교차하여 환형벽의 축방향 끝표면과 대면하는 축방향 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑.
  13. 상부와 그 상부로부터 하방으로 연장되고 내면에 나사가 형성되어 있는 환형벽과, 일련의 약한 연결부들에 의해 상기 상부로부터 멀리 떨어진 환형벽의 단부에 연결된 개봉 확인 링을 구비하고 있고, 상기 연결부는 상기 링과 환형벽 사이를 약화시키는 둘레선 또는 축방향 틈새를 교차하여 연장되고, 상기 링의 내면상에는 대체로 상부와 대면하는 반경 방향 내측으로 경사진 끝표면이 형성된 다수의 돌출부들이 반경 방향 내측으로 돌출되게 형성되고 있고, 상기 링은 돌출부들과 연결부들 사이의 축방향 위치에서 그의 반경 방향으로 대면하는 표면들 중 하나에 형성된 환형홈을 가지도록 구성된 용기 뚜껑을 플라스틱 물질로 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 주형코어 부재에 뚜껑의 반경 방향 내측 외형을 형성시키는 단계와, 상기 주형 코어주재의 상부 주위에 위치하는 주형 슬리브 부재에 상기 뚜껑의 상부와 환형벽의 오면들을 형성시키는 단게롸, 상기 뚜껑의 연결부와 그 연결부로부터 홈까지의 링의 외면부분을 형성시키는 단계와, 제3주형 부재에 상기 홈을 형성시키는 단계와, 제4주형 부재에 링의 반경방형 외면의 나머지 부분을 형성시키는 단계를 구비하고, 이와같이 하여 조립된 주형에서 뚜껑을 성형한 후, 주형슬리브와 제 4주형 부재를 서로 축방향으로 반대 방향으로 제거하고 그 뒤에 제 3주형 부재를 환형벽의 바닥에 접촉시켜 뚜껑을 축방향으로 이동할 수 없게 유지시킨 상태에서, 주형 코어부재를 축방향으로 제거시키고, 뚜껑 돌출부의 상기 끝표면에 가해지는 주형 코어부재의 압력에 의해 링의 하부를 환형홈의 위치에 형성된 힌지축을 중심으로 주형 코어부재의 경로로부터 외측을 힌지 운동시키게 한뒤, 제 3주형 부재를 뚜껑 주위로부터 제거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 뚜껑 제조방법.
