제1도는 본 발명에 따른 병뚜껑 제조용 프레스소재의 평면도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 프레스소재로 병뚜껑을 제조하여 병입구에 결착시킨 상태의 확대단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 병뚜껑을 병입구에 결착시키고 부분적으로 개봉한 상태를 보여주는 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 병입구의 상부를 덮는 뚜껑중앙 상부(12)에 뚜껑주변부(14)가 일체로 형성되어 그 주변부는 용목 상단부를 둘러싸고 병입구 가장자리를 따라 아래로 구부려서 뚜껑을 병목상부에 결착시키도록 되어 있으며, 두 개의 점선(22, 24)으로 경계를 이루는 하나의 파열손잡이(20)가 뚜껑 상부(12)로 부터 시작하여 주변부(14)를 지나서 연장되어 있고, 상기 뚜껑상부(12) 및 주변부(14)와 병입구 사이에는 "ㄱ"형 환상시일링(30)를 개재시킨 병뚜껑(32)으로서, 상기 "ㄱ"형 환상 시일링(30)은 뚜껑상부(12)의 내측면에점선(22,24) 안쪽의 접착면(32)에 접착시키므로서 상기 파열손잡이(20)를 이용하여 뚜껑 상부(12)를 위로 잡아당겨 뚜껑을파열시킬 때 상기 "ㄱ"형 환상시일링(30)은 뚜겅상부(12)와 함께 동시에 들어올려져서 주변부(14)와 병목상단부 사이로 부터 빠져나오게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파열개봉식 병뚜껑.
  2. 청구범위 1에서, 상기"ㄱ"형 환상시일링(30)은 또한 주변부(14)쪽의 점선부(22a, 24a)로 경계를 이루는 부위의 파열손잡이(20) 부분에 접착시키므로서 상기 "ㄱ"형 환상 시일링(30)을 손상시키지 않고 뚜껑상부(12)와 함께 용이하게 위로 잡아당겨지도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파열개봉식 병뚜껑.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2에서, 상기 점선부(22, 24)들은 최소한 일부가 뚜껑 상부(12)와 주변부(14) 사이의 경계연부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파열개봉식 병뚜껑.
  4. 청구범위 3에서, 상기 점선부(22, 24)는 파열손잡이(20)에서 시작하여 먼저 뚜껑주변부(14)를 직각으로 통과하여 그 다음 절차로 뚜껑상부(12)와 주변부(14) 사이의 경계연부에 위치하는 부분에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파열개봉식 병뚜껑.
  5. 상기 청구범위들 중 하나에 있어서, 점선부(22, 24)는 적어도 일부분이 뚜껑 주변부(14) 속으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파열개봉식 병뚜껑.
