본 발명은 차량의 좌우의 후륜(5L,5R)간에 장치하는 연결장치(7)에 관한 것이다. 발진 어시스턴스 제어와, 좌우륜간에 적극적으로 차회전을 발생시켜 선회성능을 향상시키는 선회 제어와, 좌우륜간의 차회전을 규제하는 차동제한 제어를 실시할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 제1회전요소(8a)와 이 제1회전요소(8a)에 대하여 한쪽이 정전할 때에, 다른 쪽이 역전하는 제2와 제3의 회전요소(8b,8c)를 갖는 차동장치(9)와, 제1회전요소(8a)에 연결되는 구동원(9)을 설치한다. 제2와 제3의 회전요소중의 한쪽, 예컨대, 제3회전요소(8c)를 제1전동계(10)를 통하여 한쪽의 후륜(5R)에 연결하여, 제2회전요소(8b)를 교체수단(13)을 통하여 선택적으로 확립되는 제2와 제3의 전동계(10,12)를 통하여 다른 쪽의 후륜(5L)에 연결한다. 제1과 제2의 양 전동계(10,11)의 기어비를 동일하게 설정하고, 제3전동계(12)의 기어비를 상기 기어비와는 방향이 반대에서 절대치가 같아지도록 설정한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 차량의 좌우의 차륜간에 설치되는 연결장치로서, 제1회전요소와, 이 제1회전요소에 대하여 한쪽이 정전할 때에 다른쪽이 역전하는 제2와 제3의 회전요소를 갖는 차동장치와, 상기 차동장치의 제1회전요소에 연결되는 구동원고, 상기 차동장치의 제2회전요소를 좌우의 차륜들중의 한쪽에 연결하는 제1전동계와, 상기 차동장치의 제3회전요소를 좌우의 차륜들 중의 다른쪽에 연결하며 교체수단을 통하여 선택적으로 확립되는 제2와 제3의 한쌍의 전동계를 포함하고, 상기 제1전동계와 제2전동계의 기어비를 제1의 기어비에 설정하고, 상기 제3전동계의 기어비를 상기 제1기어비와는 다른 제2기어비를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2기어비는 상기 제1기어비와는 방향이 반대에서 절대치가 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 좌우의 차륜간의 좌회전이 소정치 이상이 되었을 때의 좌우의 차륜간의 연결을 해체하거나 또는 상기 차동장치와 구동원 사이의 연결을 해체하는 클러치 수단을 추가로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 교체수단을 제2와 제3의 양 전동계의 어느 것도 확립하지 않은 중립상태로의 교체가 자유롭도록 하여, 좌우의 차륜간의 차회전이 소정치 이상이 되었을 때에 이 교체수단을 중립상태로 교체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  5. 차량의 좌우의 차륜간에 설치되는 연결장치로서, 제1회전요소와, 이 제1회전요소에 대하여 한쪽이 정전할 때에 다른쪽이 역전하는 제2와 제3의 회전요소를 갖는 제1 및 제2의 한쌍의 차동장치와, 상기 제1차동장치의 제1회전요소와 상기 제2차동장치의 제1회전요소에 교체수단을 통하여 선택적으로 연결되는 구동원을 포함하고, 상기 제1차동장치의 제2회전요소와 상기 제3회전요소를 좌우의 차륜들 중의 한쪽과 다른쪽에 제1기어비로 연결함과 동시에, 상기 제2차동장치의 제2회전요소를 좌우의 차륜들중의 한쪽에 제2기어비로 연결하고, 상기 제2차동장치의 제3회전요소를 좌우의 차륜들 중의 다른쪽에 상기 제2기어비와는 다른 제3기어비로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제3기어비는 상기 제2기어비와는 방향이 반대에서 절대치가 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 좌우의 차륜간의 차회전이 소정치 이상이 되었을 때 좌우의 차륜간의 연결을 해제하거나 또는 양 차동장치와 구동원 사이의 연결을 해제하는 클러치수단을 추가로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 교체수단을 상기 한쪽의 차동장치의 제1회전요소와 상기 다른 쪽의 차동장치의 제1회전요소의 어느 것에도 구동원을 연결하지 않은 중립상태로의 교체가 자유롭도록 하여, 좌우의 차륜간의 차회전이 소정치 이상이 되었을 때에 상기 교체수단을 중립상태로 교체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  9. 차량의 좌우의 차륜간에 설치되는 연결장치로서, 제1, 제2 및 제3의 회전요소를 갖는 한쌍의 차동장치와, 상기 양 차동장치의 제1회전요소에 각각 연결되는 한쌍의 구동원을 포함하고, 상기 양 차동장치의 제2회전요소를 각각 좌우의 차륜에 연결함과 동시에 상기 양 차동장치의 제3회전요소들을 서로 연결하고, 상기 제3회전요소의 회전을 구속할 수 있는 브레이크 수단을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 양 차동장치의 각 회전요소들의 재원을 서로 동일하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 각 차동장치를 선기어, 링기어, 및 상기 양 기어에 맞물리는 유성기어를 지지하는 캐리어로 이루어지는 유성 기어식 변속장치로 구성하고, 상기 제1회전요소로서 선기어를, 상기 제2회전요소로서 캐리어, 상기 제3회전요소로서 링기어를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  12. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 좌우의 차륜간의 차회전이 소정치 이상이 되었을 때에 좌우의 차륜간의 연결을 해제하거나 또는 적어도 상기 한쪽의 차동장치와 대응하는 한쪽의 구동원 사이의 연결을 해제하는 클러치수단을 추가로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 좌우의 차륜간의 차회전이 소정치 이상이 되었을 때에 차륜간의 연결을 해제하거나 또는 적어도 상기 한쪽의 차동장치와 대응하는 한쪽의 구동원 사이의 연결을 해제하는 클러치수단을 추가로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 좌우륜간의 연결장치.
