Abstract
본 발명은 단일한 액튜에이터에 의해 한쌍의 차륜브레이크의 제동력을 변화시키는 것을 가능하게 하여 코스트 및 중량을 대폭적으로 저감한 차량의 브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명은 선기어(24), 상기 선기어(24)를 동축으로 에워싸는 링기어(25), 상기 선기어(24) 및 링기어(25)와 맞물린 다수의 유성기어(26)를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 유성캐리어(34)를 구성요소로 함과 동시에, 그들 구성요소(24) (25) (34)중 제1 및 제2구성요소(25) (34)에 제1 및 제2전달시스템(6R) (6F)의 중간부가 개별적으로 연결된 유성기어기구(14)와, 상기 각 구성요소(24) (25) (34)중 제3구성요소(24)에 연결된 모터(25)에 의해 액튜에이터(12)를 구성한 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 제1브레이크 조작부재(5R)의 조작에 따른 제동력을 제1차륜 브레이크(BR)에 기계적으로 전달가능한 제1전달시스템(6R)(6R´)과, 제2브레이크 조작부재(5F)의 조작에 따른 제동력을 제2차륜브레이크(BF)에 기계적으로 전달가능한 제2전달시스템(6F)(6F´)을 구비한 차량의 브레이크장치에 있어서, 선기어(24), 상기 선기어(24)를 동축으로 에워싸는 링기어(25), 상기 선기어(24) 및 링기어(25)와 맞물리는 다수의 유성기어(26)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 유성캐리어(34)를 구성요소로 함과 동시에, 그들 구성요소(24,25,34)중 제1 및 제2구성요소(25)(34)에 제1 및 제2전달시스템(6R)(6R´);(6F)(6F´)의 중간부가 개별적으로 연결된 유성기어기구(14)와, 상기 각 구성요소(24)(25)(34)중 제3구성요소(24)에 연결되는 모터(15)로 구성된 액튜에이터(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2브레이크 조작부재(5R)(5F)의 한쪽의 브레이크조작에 따라서 그 브레이크조작에 따른 제1 혹은 제2구성요소(25)(34)의 작동방향과 동일방향으로 제3구성요소(24)를 작동시키도록 모터(15)의 작동을 제어하는 전자제어유닛(13)을구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2브레이크 조작부재(5R)(5F)중 적어도 한쪽의 조작에 따른 제동상태에서의 안티 록 브레이크 제어에 있어서, 제1 혹은 제2구성요소(25)(34)의 제동력 증가쪽에의 작동방향과는 반대방향으로 제3구성요소(24)를 작동시켜서 제동력을 감력하는 상태와, 제1 혹은 제2구성요소(25)(34)의 제동력 증가쪽에의 작동방향과 동일방향으로 제3구성요소(24)를 작동시켜서 제동력을 증력하는 상태를 바꾸어서 모터(25)의 작동을 제어하는 전자제어유닛(13)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 브레이크 장치.
- 제1브레이크 조작부재(5R)의 조작에 따른 제동력을 제1차륜 브레이크(BR)에 기계적으로 전달가능한 제1 전달시스템(6F)(6F')과, 제2브레이크 조작부재(5F)의 조작에 따른 제동력을 제2차륜브레이크(BF)에 기계적으로 전달가능한 제2전달시스템(6F)(6F')을 구비한 차량의 브레이크장치에 있어서, 제1 및 제2차륜브레이크(BF)(RF)의 제동력을 가변으로 하여 제1 및 제2전달시스템(6R)(6R');(6F)(6F')의 중간부에 개별 혹은 공통으로 배설된 액튜에이터(12)와, 상기 액튜에이터(12)와 제1 및 제2브레이크 조작부재(5R)(5F) 사이에서 제1 및 제2전달시스템(6R)(6R');(6F)(6F')에 각각 배설된 댐퍼(8R)(8F)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 브레이크 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
