Abstract
전처리설비(1)와 소각용융설비(2)로 이루어진다. 소각용융설비(2)는, 소각실(3)과 용융실(5)이, 소각 찌꺼지를 연속적으로 이송할 수 있도록 칸막이 벽(7)을 개재하여 일체로 형성된다. 전처리설비(1)에서 세파쇄된 세파쇄물을 용융실(5)의 용융용 분말형버터(4)에 연료로서 공급한다. 이에 의하여 용융용 열원을 폐기물로부터 얼음과, 아울러, 소각실(3)로부터 직접 냉각되지 않은 상태의 소각 찌꺼기를 과열 용융시키는 것에 의해, 낮은 비용으로 효율이 좋게 폐기물을 처리할 수가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 있어서의 쓰레기 소각 설비의 구성도이다.
Claims (5)
- 폐기물을 전처리하는 전처리설비(1)와, 전처리설비에 의하여 처리된 폐기물을 가열소각한 후 그 찌꺼기를 연속적으로 용융처리하는 소각용융설비(2)로 이루어지고, 상기한 전처리설비(1)는, 폐기물을 분쇄하는 조파쇄기(11)와, 조파쇄기에 의해 분쇄된 조파쇄물로부터, 주로 가연물로 이루어진 경파쇄물과 불연물을 많이 포함한 중파쇄물을 선별하는 조파쇄물선별기(13)와, 중파쇄물로부터 재활용이 가능한 금속류를 선별제거하는 자원회수물선별기(14)와, 조파쇄물선별기로부터 배출된 경파쇄물을 다시 분쇄하는 세파쇄기(15)를 구비하고, 상기한 소각용융설비(2)는, 소각물을 가열·소각하는 소각실(3)과, 이 소각실(3)과 일체적으로 형성되어서 소각실에서 생기는 소각 찌꺼기를 소각실로부터 연속적으로 이송하는 것이 가능하고, 또한 용융버너(4)를 가지는 용융실(5)과, 상기한 세파쇄기에서 분쇄된 전부 또는 일부의 세파쇄물을 상기한 용융실의 용융버너(4)에 도입하는 용융연료공급수단(17)과, 상기한 자원회수물선별기(14)에서 선별된 중파쇄물 및 세파쇄기(15)에서 분쇄된 나머지부의 세파쇄물을 소각실(3)에 도입하는 파쇄물공급수단(18)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세파쇄기의 배출측에 피소각물의 분급장치(16)가 설치되고, 이 분급장치(16)의 세립파쇠물배출측에 용융연료공급수단(17)이 접속됨과 아울러, 조립파쇄물배출측에 파쇄물공급수단(18)이 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융버너(4)의 연소공기로서 산호부화공기를 공급하는 산소부화공급장치(22),(23)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각 설비.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용융버너(4)의 연소공기로서 산호부화공기를 공급하는 산소부화공급장치(22),(23)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소각용융설비(2)의 소각실(3)의 화격자(3a)와 용융실(5)의 화로바닥(5a)을 각각 하류측 아래 방향으로 경사시켜서 연속시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 소각 설비.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
