Abstract

PURPOSE: To arbitraaily select disposal corresponding to the properties of wastes, by contanuously mounting a gravity movable combustion melting chamber to an ash discharge port at a firal portion of a stocker type incinerator, and by disposing a discharge port doubling as storage of molten matters to the lower portion in a mounting and demounting-free shape.
CONSTITUTION: With garbage fed to an incinerator body 1 from a charge hopper 5, its moisture is evaporated by means of a drying stoker 2, it is carbonization carbonized by heating from an upper portion and air control from a lower portion by means of a combustion stoker 3 and reaction is completed by means of a combustion stoker 4. One portion of garbage is charged into a gravity movable bed type combustion melting chamber 6 under a carbonized condition, is burnt by feeding air and emits intense heat. Incinerating ash is melted, falls to a storage portion 11 and is melt disposed by a carbonization-melt process. Meanwhile, when this device is used as general stoker type garbage incinerators, an ash carrying-out conveyor 25 is connected to the melting chamber 6, and air for primary combustion is weighted, thus this device can be changed over to incineration disposal.
