Abstract
본 발명의 적층 필름은 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층과 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층이 접착제(B)층을 거쳐서 적층되고, 상기(A)및 및/또는 (B)층이 2축 연신되고, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층의 두께(합계)가 0.5~50㎛, 접착제(B)층의 두께(함계)가 0.5~20㎛, 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층의 두께(합계)가 5~150㎛인 적층 필름이며, 내열성, 내충격성, 수증기 차폐성 및 개봉용이성이 우수하며 또한 저가로 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층과 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층이 접착제(B)층을 거쳐서 적층되고 또한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층 및/또는 환상 올레핀계 수지(B)층이 2축 연신되며, 또한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층의 두께(합계)가 0.5~50㎛, 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층의 두께(함계)가 0.5~20㎛이며, 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층의 두께 (합계)가 5~150㎛인 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신배율이 종횡 양방향으로 1~5배이고, 면적 연신배율이 1.5~20배인 것이 특징인 적층필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층이 1층이고 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층이 1층인 적층 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층이 2층이고 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)층이 1층이며, 최외층이 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)층인 적층 필름.
- 제1~제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A)가 테레프탈산 성분단위를 디카본산 성분단위 중 80몰% 이상 함유하고, 에틸렌글리콜 성분단위를 디히드록시 화합물 성분단위 중 80몰% 이상 함유하고, 극한점도[η] 0.5~1.4dl/g인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것이 특징인 적층 필름.
- 제1~제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제(B)가 불포화 카본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해 그래프트 변성된 그래프트 변성 에틸렌ㆍα-올레핀 랜덤 공중합체를 함유하는 접착제인 것이 특징인 적층 필름.
- 제1~제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환상 올레핀계 수지(C)가 하기 (C-1), (C-2), (C-3) 및 (C-4)로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 수지인 것이 특징인 적층 필름. (C-1): 에틸렌과, 하기 일반식(1) 또는 (2)로 표시되는 환상 올레핀을 공중합시켜 얻어진 에틸렌ㆍ환상올레핀 랜덤 공중합체.〔식 (1)중, n은 0 또는 1, m은 0 또는 양의 정수, q는 0 또는 1이다. R1~R18, Ra및 Rb는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄산수소기이다. 이 탄화수소기는 할로겐원자로 치환되어도 좋다. R15~R18는 서로 결합하여 단환 또는 다환을 형성하여도 좋고, 이 단환 또는 다환은 이중결합을 가져도 좋다. 또한 R15와 R16또는 R17와 R18가 알킬리덴기를 형성하여도 좋다.〕〔식 (2)중, p 및 q는 0 또는 양의 정수, m 및 n은 0,1 또는 2이다. R1~R19는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄화수소기 또는 알콕시기이다. 이 탄화수소기 및 알콕시기는 할로겐원자로 치환되어도 좋다. R9및 R10이 결합되어 있는 탄소원자와, R13이 결합되어 있는 탄소원자 또는 R11이 결합되어 있는 탄소원자는 직접 또는 탄소수 1~3의 알킬렌기를 거쳐서 결합되어도 좋다, 또 n=m=0일 때 R15와 R12또는 R15와 R19는 상호 결합하여 단환 또는 다환의 방향족환을 형성하여도 좋다.〕 (C-2):상기 일반식(1) 또는 (2)로 표시되는 환상올레핀의 개환중합체 또는 공중합체. (C-3):상기 개환중합체 또는 공중합체 (C-2)의 수소화물. (C-4):상기 (C-1),(C-2) 또는 (C-3)의 그래프트 변성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 환상올레핀계수지(C)의 유리전이온도가 60~120℃인 적층 필름.
- 제1~제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50㎜ X 50㎜의 적층 필름을 중간부에서 2개로 꾸불리고 이 위에 63㎜ X 100㎜, 100g의 금속판을 얹고 23℃에서 1분간 유지하여 접고, 그 후 금속판을 떼어내고 필름의 접힌 곳의 각도를 측정하는 방법에 의해 측정한 필름의 복귀각도가 80°이하인 적충 필름.
- 제1~제9항의 어느 한 항에 기재한 적층 필름으로 된 층을 갖는 포장재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
