Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层复合膜,为五层复合膜,其特征在于包括AYBYC层结构,其中所述层结构中A层、B层和C层独立地选自聚乙烯、环烯烃/乙烯共聚物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;Y为复合粘结层,选自熔点低于130℃的烯烃聚合物;每层的厚度为10‑50μm。该膜具有高抗戳穿强度、气体阻透性能好、耐热性能好的特性,可用于制备真空压缩袋。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种多层复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国是世界包装制造和消费大国,塑料包装在包装产业总产值中的比例已经超过30%,成为包装产业的生力军。近年来,随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,先进包装制品尤其是与食品、人类健康发展有关的塑料包装越来越受到市场青睐,市场前景十分巨大。2005年《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》中(三)重点领域及其优先主题,明确提出要求开发先进包装技术,研制先进包装制品。
目前用于包装制品的高分子膜材料主要是由单一的单向或双向拉伸的聚烯烃材料制备而成,大多用于食品、水果、药品、医疗器械等包装领域。然而由于聚烯烃材料自身性能限制,大部分吸塑成型包装制品存在产品性能不佳。在欧美等发达国家,早在上世纪90年就开始了多层共挤膜的研究,目前美国、日本、欧洲等发达国家的包装制品主要是由多层共挤膜制备而成。
传统的共挤膜包装制品主要采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、PVC、聚酯等单一高分子材料通过单向或双向拉伸制备而成,少数技术先进企业已开始采用聚乙烯与聚丙烯为原料,通过三层共挤工艺制备包装制品。但传统的包装膜产品普遍存在抗戳穿强度差、气体阻透性能差、耐热性能不足等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种具有高抗戳穿强度、气体阻透性能好、耐热性能好的多层复合膜及其制备方法。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:本发明一方面提供一种多层复合膜,为五层复合膜,包括AYBYC层结构,其中所述层结构中A层为聚乙烯,B层为环烯烃/乙烯共聚物,所述的环烯烃为降冰片烯或双环戊二烯,C层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;
其中,A层的熔融指数为1.8-6.7g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3,优选0.8-0.9g/cm3;B层的熔融指数为1.5-5.1g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3,优选0.85-0.95g/cm3;C层的熔融指数为1.8-5.7g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3,优选0.90-0.95g/cm3;
Y为丙烯共聚物复合粘结层,优选为丙烯分别和乙烯、丁烯、己烯或辛烯的共聚物;Y层的熔融指数为1.5-2.7g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3,优选0.85-0.95g/cm3;每层的厚度为10-50μm,优选20-40μm;
其中,所述A层、B层和C层为单向拉伸或双向拉伸,且A层、B层和C层的熔点大于Y层熔点,Y层的熔点为低于120℃,优选为60-120℃,更优选为75-115℃。
本发明还提供了一种多层复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括如下步骤:将各层膜组分分别在搅拌机中混合均匀,进行熔融共挤,流延成型,冷却,通过热压得到多层复合膜。
本发明还提供了一种多层复合膜在制备真空压缩袋中的应用。
本发明的膜产品的耐光照特性:按PV1303耐光照标准规定要求5个周期色牢度4级。产品耐热、耐寒性能非常好,产品在110±2℃、-40±2℃内各存放48小时,产品无存在形状,颜色和表面质量上可见的和(或)影响功能的变化。多层膜的气体阻隔性能符合Q/NHF01-2011《医疗器械吸塑包装膜》测试要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
多层复合膜中A层为聚乙烯,B层为双环戊二烯/乙烯共聚物,C层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,Y层为丙烯和乙烯的共聚物。将各层膜组分分别在搅拌机中混合均匀,进行熔融共挤,流延成型,冷却,通过热压得到多层复合膜,膜的厚度为150μm。具体情况如表1所示。

其中,厚度的单位为μm;融融指数的单位为g/10min;密度单位为g/cm3。
测试上述制备的膜材料的性能,具体结果见表2所示:

1.一种多层复合膜,为五层复合膜,其特征在于包括AYBYC层结构,其中所述层结构中A层为聚乙烯,B层为环烯烃/乙烯共聚物,所述的环烯烃为降冰片烯或双环戊二烯,C层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;
其中,A层的熔融指数为1.8-6.7g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3;B层的熔融指数为1.5-5.1g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3;C层的熔融指数为1.8-5.7g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3;
Y为丙烯共聚物复合粘结层;Y层的熔融指数为1.5-2.7g/10min,密度为0.70-1.00g/cm3;每层的厚度为10-50μm;
其中,所述A层、B层和C层为单向拉伸或双向拉伸,且A层、B层和C层的熔点大于Y层熔点,Y层的熔点为低于120℃。
2.一种如权利要求1所述多层复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括如下步骤:将各层膜组分分别在搅拌机中混合均匀,进行熔融共挤,流延成型,冷却,通过热压得到多层复合膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的多层复合膜在制备真空压缩袋中的应用。
