Abstract
본 발명은 고애스펙트비 금속수산화물 또는 금속산화물 고용체 및 그것들의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 평균일차 결정 입자직경이 1μm~10μm의 하기식(3)
Mg1-zM2+ zO (3)
[식 (3)중, M2+는 Mn2+,Fe2+,Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+및 Zn2+에서 선택된 적어도 한종류의 2가 금속이온을 나타내고, z는 0.01≤z〈0.5범위의 수를 나타낸다.]로 나타내어지는 금속산화물 고용체를 수매체중, 모노카르본산 및/ 또는 옥시모노카르본산의 공존하, 수화반응시킴으로서 하기식(1)
Mg1-xM2+ x(OH)2(1)
[식 (1)중, M2+는 Mn2+,Fe2+,Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+및 Zn2+에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 2가 금속이온을 나타내고, x는 0.01≤z〈0.5범위의 수를 나타낸다.]를 만족하고, 동시에 결정 외형이 육각형 판형상이며, 평균 두께 0.01㎛~0.5㎛, 평균직경 1~10㎛이며, 애스펙트비가 10이상인 고애스펙트비 금속수산화물 고용체를 제조한다. 얻어진 고애스펙트비 금속수산화물 고용체는 종래 공지된 난연제, 산중화제, 할로겐 함유 고무의 수산제, FRP의 중점제 등으로서의 기능에 더해 수지에 대한 보강성, 화장품 등에 유용한 전연성, 자외선 흡수성 등의 새로운 기능을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 하기식(1)Mg1-xM2+ x(OH)2(1)[식(1)중, M2+는 Mn2+,Fe2+,Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+및 Zn2+에서 선택된 적어도 한종류의 2가 금속이온을나타내고, x는 0.01≤x〈0.5범위의 수를 나타낸다.]를 만족하고, 동시에 결정 외형이 육각형 판형상이며, 평균 두께 0.01μm~0.5μm , 평균직경 1~10μm, 애스펙트비가 10이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고애스펙트비 금속수산화물 고용체.
- 하기식(2)Mg1-yM2+ yO (2)[식(1)중, M2+는 Mn2+,Fe2+,Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+및 Zn2+에서 선택된 적어도 한종류의 2가 금속이온을 나타내고, y는 0.01≤y〈0.5범위의 수를 나타낸다.]를 만족하고, 동시에 결정 외형이 육각형 판형상이며, 평균 두께 0.01μm~0.5μm , 평균직경 1~10μm, 애스펙트비가 10이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고애스펙트비 금속수산화물 고용체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 식(1)또는 식(2)의 M2+이 Zn2+인것을 특징으로 하는 금속수산화물 고용체또는 금속산화물 고용체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균1차 결정 입자직경이 1μm~10μm의범위인 하기식(3)Mg1-zM2+ zO (3)[식(1)중, M2+는 Mn2+,Fe2+,Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+및 Zn2+에서 선택된 적어도 한종류의 2가 금속이온을 나타내고, z는 0.01≤z〈0.5범위의 수를 나타낸다.]로 나타내어지는 금속산화물 고용체를 수매체중 모노카르본산 및/ 또는 옥시모노카르본산의 공존화, 수화 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속수산화물 고용체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속수산화물 고용체를 400℃이상의 온도로 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 고용체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
