Claims (5)
- 일반식PbA2Nb1-2O3로 표시되는 납계열 회티탄석형 세라믹스(단, 식중X=1/2또는 1/3이며, A는 Fe,Co,Cr,Ni,Mn,Ng,Zn,Cd,Zr,In,Cu및Hf중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이다)이 원료분말 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 A의 화합물고 니오브산 졸의 혼합건조물을 예비소결하고, 이어서 이 예비소결물고 Pb화합물을 혼합한후, 예비소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납계열 회티탄석형 세라믹스의 원료분말제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니오브산졸의 수산화니오브의 강산현탁액과 과산화수소를 반응시켜 얻어진 과산화니오브착물의 수용액을 졸 화하여 얻어진 것인 납계열 회티탄 석형 세라믹스의 원료 분말 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니오브산 졸이 수산화니오브의 강산현탁액과 과산화수소를 반응시켜 얻어진 과산화니오브착물의 수용액을 졸화한후, 한의여과하여 불순이온을 제거한 정제과산화니오브산졸인 납계열 회티탄석형 세라믹스의 원료말 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, A의 화합물이 A의 수산화물 또는 A의 염을 알칼리로 중화한후, 물로 세척하여 얻어진 것인 납계열 회티탄석형 세라믹스의 원료분말 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 한항에 있어서, A의 화합물이 A염의 수용액 또는 알코올 용액과 음이온교환수지의 음이온 교환반응에 의해 얻어진 것인 납계열 회티탄석형 세라믹스의 원료분말 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
