제1도는 실시예 1과, 실시예 2에서 얻어진 산화 스칸듐 분말의 미립자 구조를 각각으로 나타내는 주사전자 현미사진. 제3도까지는 비교예 1,2 그리고 3에 의해서 얻어진 산화스칸듐 분말의 미립자 구조를 각각으로 나타내는 주사 전자현미 사진.
Claims (6)
12면체 결정 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 스칸듐 분말.
염화이온과 암모늄 이온이 있는곳에서 스칸듐을 포함하는 산성의 친수성 용액으로부터 수산 스칸듐을 형성하는 것과, 그 침전물을 모으는 것과, 모아진 침전물을 가열하는 것을 포함하는 12면체 결정형의 산화 스칸듐 분말을 제조하기 위한 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 수산 스칸듐의 침전물이 스칸듐을 함유하는 질산 용액이나 황상용액에 옥살산과 염화 암모늄을 첨가시킴으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
제2항에 있어서, 수산 스칸듐의 침전물이 스칸듐을 함유하는 염산용액에 수산 암모늄을 첨가시킴으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
제2항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 형성된 수산 스칸듐 침전물이 모액에서 묵히어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 항에 있어서, 기술된 제조방법에 의해서 제조된 12면체 결정형의 산화 스칸듐 분말.
