Claims (13)
- 물이 유리된 알코홀과 목적원소의 할라이드를 접촉시킨 뒤 상기 알코홀과 상기 목적원소의 할라이드를 할라이드와 반응하는 치환물질과 반응시켜 목적원소의 알콕사이드, 치환물질의 염과 할라이드를 제조하고, 상기 알코홀내의 알콕사이드용액과 상기 침전된 염을 물리적으로 분리하는 척번째 단계와 상기 목적원소의 알콕사이드를 물로서 가수분해하여 대응되는 금속산화물을 제조하는 것으로 구성되었으며, 상기 알코홀은 목적원소의 알콕사이드는 용해되며 치환 할라이드-유리된 산화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치환물질이 암모니아, 알칼리금속과 알칼리토금속에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 목적원소가 주기율표의 IB-VIIIB족 원소, IIIA-VIA족 원소 또는 란탄족과 악티늄족인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 목적원소가 주기율표 VB족 금속에서 선택되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 목적원소가 탄탈륨 또는 니오븀인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 목적원소의 할라이드의 상기 할라이드부가 염소, 브롬과 요도드에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 목적 원소의 할라이드가 탄탈륨 또는 니오븀의 5가의할라이드인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물이 18메가옴의 순도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차판물질이 암모니아이며, 상기 알코홀내에서 암모니아를 계속해서 기포화시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 목적 원소의 할라이드는 상기 선택된 알코홀에 불용성이고, 상기 목적원소의 할라이드는 입자형으로서 상기 입자는 상기 선택된 알코홀에 현탁되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 목적 원소의 할라이드가 60표준메쉬 또는 그보다 작은 입자형인 방법.
- 할라이드 함유물질이 약 10ppm 또는 그이하인 Nb2O5조성물.
