Claims (10)

  1. 염화수소산중의 마그네사이트의 침출에 의한 마그네슘금속제조용 염화마그네슘 제조방법에 있어서, 염화수소산을 도입하여 조대하게 분쇄한 마그네사이트덩어리를 용해시키는 제 1단계(1)와 이 제1단게(1)로 부터 나온 용액에 미세하게 분쇄한 마그네사이트 또는 염화수소산을 첨가하여 마그네슘과 염소의 양이 대략 등량이 되도록 하는 제2단계(2)의 2단계로 구성된 침출공정을 사용하고, 이어서 불순물을 침전시키는 정제단계를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계에서 5-400mm, 바람직하게 5-200mm의 마그네사이트덩어리를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 40-95℃온도의 20-40%의 염화수소산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 70-90℃온도의 28-34%의 염화수소산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 주어진 품질의 마그네사이트에 대한 산의 온도와 산의 첨가량은 첨가한 염화수소산의 적어도 85%가 염화마그네슘과 반응할 수 있는 온도와 첨가량이 될 수 있도록 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염화수소산이 마그네사이트덩어리에 대해 항류하도록 반응기(1)의 저부로 공급되며, 유체는 반응기의 상부로부터 반응기의 직경의 1/2-2에 해당하는 깊이만큼 배출되는 것을 특징으로하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에 <3mm의 입도, 바람직하게는 <0.5mm입도의 미세하게 분쇄한 마그네사이트를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 불순물(중금속, 인산염등)이 하나 또는 다수의 정제단계시에 첨가되는 과잉의 산화마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘에 의해 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유리산의 중화에 소모되는 양보다 많은 양인 2-7kg/m3, 바람직하게는 3-4kg/m3의 산화마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 정제 및 여과된 MgCl2용액에 HCl을 첨가하여 원하는 pH치로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화마그네슘 제조방법.
