Abstract

양면 프린팅이 가능하도록 개량된 열전사 프린터에 대해 개시한다. 이 프린터는 기록지의 일면에 프린팅이 완료된 후, 그 기록지를 반전시켜서 기록지의 타면에 프린팅을 할 수 있도록, 제1,2이송룰러 및 제1,2통로와 배지통로를 가진다.

제1도는 종래 열전사 프린터를 나타낸 개략도,
제2도는 잉크리본을 나타낸 개략도,
제3도 내지 제10도는 본 발명에 따른 열전사 프린터의 동작도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 소정의 구동원으로부터 회전구동되는 플래튼 드럼과, 상기 플래튼 드럼의 상부에 위치되고 소정 패턴으로 발열하는 발열체를 가지며 그 발열체가 상기 플래튼 드럼과 접촉되도록 승강가능하게 설치되는 기록헤드와,상기 기록헤드와 플래튼 드럼사이를 경유하도록 이송되며 소정 색상의 잉크염료가 면순차적으로 도포된 잉크리본과, 상기 잉크리본과 플래튼 드럼 사이로 기록지를 왕송 이송시키는 제1이송수단과, 상기 기록지가 플래튼 드럼과 잉크리본 사이에서 왕복 이동되면서 일면이 프린팅 완료된 후 상기 기록지를 반전시켜서 다시 상기 플래톤 드럼과 잉크리본 사이로 왕복이동시키는 제2이동수단과, 상기 기록지를 배지시키는 배지수단을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1이송수단은 상기 플래튼 드럼의 일측에 마련되며 소정의 구동원으로부터 회전 구동되는 캡스턴 룰러와, 상기 캡스턴룰러와 마찰회전되는 핀치룰러와, 상기 플래튼 드럼의 타측에 설치되며 소정의 구원으로부터 회전구동되는 한쌍의 제1이송룰러와, 상기 기록지를 상기 캡스턴룰러와 핀치룰러사이로 가이드하는 급지통로와, 상기 플래튼 드럼을 경유한 기록지가 가이드되며 그 후단에 상기 제1이송룰러가 설치되는 제1통로와, 일단이 상기 캡스턴룰러와 연결되고 타단이 상기 제1통로와 연결되는 제2통로를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2이동수단은 상기 캡스턴룰러와 플래튼룰러를 순차적으로 경유한 기록지가 배지되는 배지통로와, 일단이 상기 배지통로와 연결되고 타단이 상기 캡스턴룰러 및 핀치룰러와 연결되는 제2통로와, 상기 제2통로에 설치되며 소정의 구동원으로부터 회전구동되는 한쌍의 제2이송룰러를 구비하며 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기록지의 후단을 감지하는 제1센서와 기록지의 선단을 감지하는 제2센서가 구비되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1센서는 상기 캡스턴룰러에 인접설치되고, 상기 제2센서는 상기 제1이송룰러에 인접 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
